Today I'm gonna write my last post in english. My semester is over, but this is just my last post in english. I will do it in german. I think I can write better in german and I can express myself better. But I hope you all have enjoyed the lasts posts and I hope you'll enjoy it also in german.
Therefore it will be a second channel, I will also post cooking recipes - so be excited ;)

So, today I want to show you cheesy muffins. They are quick to do and not so expensive.

You need about 10 minutes for the preparation and 25 for baking. The Ingredients will cost about 5,50€ (but think: it is deepening on what you already have at home).

Ingredients (8-9 pieces):

170g flour
2tsp. of baking powder
2 tbsp. of parsley
2tbsp. of sage
4tbsp. of parmesan
2 eggs
50g butter
300ml yogurt natural
salt and pepper

1.

Mix the flour with baking powder, herbs and Parmesan cheese. Melt the butter, then mix the yogurt with the butter and the eggs. Lift the whole under the flour mixture and put salt and pepper in it.

2.

Now preheat the oven (160°). After that put the cheese-muffins in the oven and let it bake for 25 minutes. Done :)

Brownies

Hey guys!

This week I wanna show you a recipe everybody knows – brownies.
They are easy to make and they taste delicious. But these are not the original, my brownies are with cinnamon ;)
My family and my friends love it. I've baked them yesterday, today I wake up, go into the kitchen, want to eat one and all what I saw was: nothing, no brownie... So another reason to bake it again :)

For baking this recipe you need about one hour. The ingredients will cost ca. 5€ (always depending on what you have at home).

Ingredients (20-30 pieces):

For the dough:

200g dark chocolate (75-80% cocoa)
200g butter
4 eggs
250g sugar
1tsp. of cinnamon
160g flour
30g cocoa powder

For the frosting:

3 tbsp. of cocoa powder
1 small package of vanilla sugar
125g powdered sugar
1tbsp. of milk

1.

Melt the chocolate with the butter in a water bath and then let it cool slightly. Then open the eggs with the sugar creamy and beat the lukewarm chocolate underneath. Mix the flour with cinnamon and cocoa mix and stir.

2.

Put the mixture into a baking pan (rectangular, 30x20cm). My tip: Put parchment paper in it. Put it in the oven at 180°C and let it bake for 30 minutes. Then leave to cool in the mold.

3.

Meanwhile, you have to beat to a froth the butter with the cocoa. Then you add the sieved icing sugar, vanilla sugar and the milk. Beat until creamy. Plunge the cake and remove the baking paper. Sprinkle the brownies with the frosting and cut into small pieces.

Do you like brownies and do you have some another variations for brownies?

Dessert with grapes and cookies

Hey everybody!

Today I'm gonna show you a dessert, which is easy, quick and yummy :)

It is a recipe from my aunt and she did it at Christmas Eve. The special feature of this recipe is that it is with grapes. As a result, the dessert is refreshing and light. And I like dessert more which are light. Another point, it is not so sweet, what I prefer.

For the preparation you need max. 15 minutes. The cost of this recipe amount to about 6,50€.

Tip:

Leave the dessert standing for two or three hours - the cream can be better distributed and it is even more delicious.

Ingredients:

1kg grapes
250g whipping cream
250g mascarpone
250g curd
100g sugar
1 small package of vanilla sugar
2 packages of “american cookies”

1.

First, you have to whisk the whipping cream until stiff. Then prepare a cream with cottage cheese, mascarpone and sugar and mix with the whipped cream.

2.

The cookies crumble. Place in a large bowl half of the grapes. In spread half of the cream and then add half of the cookies on the cream. Then repeat everything again. Done :)

Shisha-Cake

Hey everybody!

Last week I tried to bake a cake which was a little bit complicated. I've made it for a birthday. All my information I got from this blog. It is very helpful and detailed. So when you do your first cake, read this blog and you gonna know how you bake it.

The cake was very chocolate and yummy. It was fluffy and even the dough was yummy :)

I will show just the recipe of this cake and not the decoration, because it is too much and too comlpicated. So if you wanna know more about the decoration, read the other blog I've read.
ButI hope you'll like the cake and the decoration.

Of course you need a lot of time for it and patience.
Time: about 3,5 hours (1,5 hours for baking and 1 hour to cool down)
Price (only for the cake): 8,50€ (depending on what you have at home)

Ingredients:

150g butter
220g sugar
2tsp. of vanilla sugar
1 dash of salt
6 eggs
250g low-fat curd
200g nutella
200g ground hazelnuts
160g flour
3tsp. of tartaric-baking powder

1.

Butter, sugar and salt until frothy long. This takes about 15 minutes. Stir the eggs individually, stir about one minute after each egg. Then add Nutella and the curd to it. Then mix the ground nuts into the dough
Mix the baking powder with the flour and give it to the dough.

2.

Put the dough in a greased springform Pan (26cm). The dough should be in the oven at 160°C (top and base heat) for 1.5 hours.
Now let the cake cool down and if you want, decorate it with marzipan cover.

Do you have any experiences in baking such cakes?

Hey bakingfriends!

I hope it is not too late to wish a Happy New Year 2014 !

This New Year's Eve I've made a few snacks. One of them I want to show you today because it is baked in the oven. ;)
I've made salmon rolls, the dough was baked in the oven and therefore it tasted delicious. The good thing is, you do not need a lot of time for it and it's cheap.

Time: ca. 10 minutes for preparation; 13 minutes for baking
Price: about 4€

Ingredients:

100g flour
4 eggs
100ml milk
salt and pepper
5tbsp. of mineral water
250g herb cream cheese
150-200g somked salmon
1tbsp. of oil

1.

First you need to preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Mix flour, eggs, and milk until smooth. Then season with salt and pepper and leave to swell for about 10 minutes. Set the baking sheet with parchment paper out and heat in the oven for about 5 minutes.

2.

After put mineral water into the dough. Lubricate the sheet with the oil and pour the dough on it. It should bake on the bottom rack about 13 minutes.

3.

Let the pancake cool for about 10 minutes and spread with the cream cheese. Divide the salmon and roll up the pancake by the longer side. Then you can cut it into thick slices and serve ;) Done!

What did you eat on New Year's Eve?
